PHIL SCARISBRICK — BA, LLB, Attorney and Barrister & Solicitor is Associate Counsel to Ellis Business Lawyers and is an experienced and well-respected leader in his field. Phil has also taught in the Criminal Legal Program at the University of British Columbia from 1989 to 2004 and taught the Professional Legal Training Course with the British Columbia Bar Admission from 1982 to 2005.

Phil has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia for 29 years. He actively practiced law, for the whole of that time in Vancouver, as a sole practitioner. He has conducted many trials, administrative hearings, appeals, and judicial reviews. The total number of all such proceedings must be in the thousands. He has been active in the Canadian Bar Association, and volunteered extensively in teaching bar admission, continuing legal education and university courses.
